The addition of painful character losses in the story sends the audience to ride an avalanche of emotions given most authors choose to follow sterilized presentation. And what's more vital, the heavy emotional aspect adds an extra humaneness protruding from the video game that's given new life through soulless animation. So much so, it humanizes each character like someone you meet in a pub or borrow them taxi money. In my opinion, it adds such garnish and specificity to a Manga series I have scarcely come across in my previous encounters.
